OUR MAT CARE

Mat arrival

When you first receive and unwrap your mat it will look very funny. It will be lumpy, creased, squished and overall look nothing like the photos. Don’t stress!!! this is completely normal and just due to being tightly packaged for transit to get to you more efficiently. Once opened give your mat up to 3 days to absorb air and 1-2 weeks to see the end result. The creases will come out with use but if they annoy you, you can simply steam them away! We recommend a clothes steamer however an iron will also do the trick, just make sure to lay down a damp (not wet!) cloth to protect the mat.

Continuous mat care

Most spills and messes will come out with a baby wipe or wet cloth however more stubborn stains might require a spot cleaner or detergent and cloth. We recommend regular vacuuming. Do not place furniture on the mat as it can cause the mat to squish and be unable to rebound.

Our softplay are ready to be used straight away! There’s no waiting period to fluff up.

Continuous softplay care

Simply unzip the cover on each block and hand wash in warm soapy water.

OUR SOFA CARE

Sofa arrival

When you receive and open your sofa it will look wrinkly and maybe a bit squished. Do not stress! Like our mats they are packaged tightly to get to you as efficient as possible. Just leave it out for a few days to absorb the air. If the wrinkles annoy you, you can steam them away however they will come out on their own with use. We recommend a clothes steamer but you can also use an iron, just make sure to lay down a damp (not wet!) cloth to protect the sofa.
